How do I add a listing to the marketplace?
First you must register to submit a listing. Next just click the add listing link which is listed on most pages.
Can I use HTML or BBCode in my listing?
The marketplace accepts very limited BB code, which will allow you to make words bold, and add hyperlinks
Accepted BB CODE
- Bold Tag: [b][/b]
simple bold tag
Example:
[b]bold text here[/b]
Result:
bold text here - Hyperlink: [url][/url]
creates a hyperlink.
Example:
[url]http://dnscoop.com[/url]
Result:
http://www.dnscoop.com - "Click Here" Hyperlink: [click][/click]
This will turn a really long url into: just, "Click here"

Are Listings Free?
No. Listings are not free.
How do I buy credits?
Credits can be purchased via paypal. 1 credit == 1 dollar.
Are credits refundable?
Credits are not refundable. So it is best to only purchas as many credits as you think you will use.
How much do listings cost?
Listings cost will vary depending on what type of listing you want to submit.

How long will my listing last?
Listings are displayed in the marketplace for 30 days.
Can I list more than one item per listing?
No, fields only allow for one domain name to be specified, However, if you would like to sell one batch of domains or sites as a group package, that would be acceptable.
Just be aware that in this marketplace system, for each listing, there can only be one buyer for each listing.
What happens if the buyer doesn't pay after I accept an offer?
If you accept an offer, but the buyer won't pay, you have the ability to reject that offer, and continue taking other offers.
You may also leave a feedback rating and comment about why the buyer didn't pay.
BUYING
How do I buy a listing from the marketplace?
To buy a listing, you must first register, and be logged in. Then you can make an offer of the listing that you would like to purchase.
The seller can then accept or reject offers. If your offer is accepted before the end of the listing time (30 days), then you will be able to contact the seller and work out the details of the purchase.
How much does it cost to make an offer on a listing?
You can make as many offers as you want, but remember, you are responsible for paying the amount that you bid.
Can I ask questions about the listing before I make an offer?
Yes. You can either send a private message, or post a public comment on the listing page.
What happens if my offer is rejected?
You can make another offer if your first offer is rejected.
What happens when my offer is accepted?
If your offer is accepted, then you are responsible for making payment arangements with the seller as soon as possible, or you may risk getting a bad reputation in the marketplace.
How do I pay the seller?
We reccomend using paypal, but whatever options that the seller will accept is acceptable.
Remember, dnScoop takes no part in the actual transactions. We only bring buyers and sellers together.
What happns if my offer is accepted, but I can't pay?
If you can't pay for a listing, you can contact the seller. The seller does have the option to reject a bid after it has been accepted, but the seller has the option to leave a feedback rating and a comment as to why the accepted bid was rejected.
